## What the figure shows
- **Horizontal axis:** log₁₀(ℓ/m) from Planck to organism scale.
- **Curve:** μ_eff(ℓ) from η_eff(ℓ) with passive baseline and life boost; anchors at Planck, Bohr, molecule, cell, organism.
