My personal ADHD thinking tips:
1. ADHD doesn't mean you can't do things.
-> many people say stuff like "Sorry I am late, I have ADHD". In German we call that "krankheitsgewinn" meaning you are resting on the fact you have ADHD Don't think you can't do something. -> Think that you need to find **your way** to do it (e.g. I am a darn good project manager with ADHD)
2. everything needs to become habit
-> condition yourself to form habits. This way repeating tasks take less mental energy. -> put post it's, use a digital calendar and put EVERYTHING planned in it
3. stop setting goals of how much you want to achieve
-> set the goal to do only one small thing (this helps you get started) -> e.g. "I will add one hihat channel to this project"
4. Treat everything like gardening, not like architecture
-> e.g. if you meet people, just treat it like doing a bit of relationship gardening with them each time you interact -> e.g. open your DAW and start making music -> e.g. do creative projects and trust that they'll lead to where you want to go [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6WxpOB-5XY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6WxpOB-5XY "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6WxpOB-5XY")
5. find out what you are interested in (what fascinates you so you want to LEARN)
-> stop doing things that don't interest you [https://allenvisioninc.com/judgement-game/](https://allenvisioninc.com/judgement-game/ "https://allenvisioninc.com/judgement-game/")
